Hazel Elizabeth Russell, 92, of Pascagoula passed away on Monday, January 18, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family that loved her greatly. She was co-owner of Factory Furniture Outlet in Pascagoula. Mrs. Russell was a loving homemaker that devoted her life to all of her family members. She was the Gentle and Loving Matriarch of her family and touched the lives of many.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, James Emory Russell; son, James Rembert Russell.

She is survived by one daughter and two sons, Calvin Russell (Patty), Sylvia Lee (Kary), and Allen Dale Russell (Cindy), all of Pascagoula; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Timmy Lee, Jimmy, Patrick, Chrisley, Shane, Justin, and Lane Russell.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, 6:00-9:00pm, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula, MS. Funeral Service will be Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, 11:00AM, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula. Interment will follow at Jackson County Memorial Park.
