Nelda Huntley Moody

Nelda Huntley Moody, age 90, of Pascagoula passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019. She was born October 2, 1928 in Enterprise, MS.  Nelda retired from Bellsouth after over 20 years as a telephone operator.  She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church in Pascagoula and loved her church family.  She enjoyed needlepointing and traveling with her husband around the United States and the world.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Don H. Moody.

Nelda is survived by her two nephews, Danny Huntley (Sharen), Leakesville and Joe Brown (Katherine), McComb; numerous other relatives, church family, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Monday, July 1, 2019, 11:00am, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula with Rev. Tracy Martin officiating.  Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Followed by a Private entombment to be held at Jackson County Memorial Park in Pascagoula.
