Susan Benefield Belden

Susan Benefield Belden , 65, of Lauderdale, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2019 surrounded by her family at Jeff Anderson Regional Hospital.

Susan was born December 16, 1953 in Pascagoula, MS to Elmer and Zoe Benefield. She was a loving wife and mother that devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed cooking, painting, crocheting, reading, and playing games. Her fun-loving personality and smile will be greatly missed.   

;She is proceeded in death by her father, E.C. Benefield, step-father, Gary Ryan; father and mother-in-law, George & Corinna Belden and a brother-in-law, George David Belden.

  Susan is survived by her husband of 48 years, Steve Belden, of Lauderdale; daughter, Stacy (Mike Holliday) Belden, Barryton, MI and son, Shane (Linda) Belden, Barryton MI.; grandchildren, Shawn (Jamie) Beers, Logan Holton, Keith Belden, and Mavrick Belden; great-grandchild Jaxon Beers. Survivors also include, her mother, Zoe Ryan Lauderdale; siblings George (Jonnie)Benefield, Tempe AZ, James (Marla) Benefield, Greenville AL, Gary Ryan, NY, NewYork, Leah (John) Shearon, Moselle MS, Jubal Ryan, Lauderdale MS, Tim Ryan, Lauderdale MS, Cassie (Michael) Wright, Meridian, MS.; sisters-in-law Pat Dumas, Barryton MI, Beverly Belden, Reed City, MI. and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.

Interment will be held at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula MS on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 2pm, Condolences may be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com
