Agnes Stork Delcambre

Agnes Stork Delcambre, age 86, passed away on her birthday, Saturday, September 18, 2021.  She was born September 18, 1935 in Pascagoula, Mississippi and has been a lifelong resident.  Mrs. Agnes was well known as the “Lady-In-Charge” of Bozo’s in Pascagoula. She was a member of The Sanctuary in Pascagoula. Agnes loved quilting, traveling, thrift shopping, dancing, being with people, and especially took great pride in her flowers and yard work.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Tubby and Tempie Stork; son, Russell Paul Delcambre, Jr.; father of her sons, Russell Paul Delcambre, Sr.; husband, Bill Coakley; sister, Dorothy Louise VanAmburg.

Agnes is survived by her three sons, Keith Delcambre, Pascagoula; Tommy Delcambre, Nashville, TN; Christian Delcambre, Lucedale; sister, Sharron Owens, Brandon, MS; brother, Charles Stork, Alabama; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members and great friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, 10:00-12 noon, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula and Funeral Service to begin at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Machpelah Cemetery in Pascagoula. Pallbearers will be Dominic Holcomb, Lincoln Phelps, Doug Adams, Dr. Randy Roth, Jeffrey Eiland and Steve Davis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Owens and Lavelle Tillman.

Due to COVID-19, the family is asking for facial masks to be worn and social distancing during the services. The family would like to expression their appreciation to Dr. Randy Roth, Gwen Johnson, Albert Jones, and Barbara Molden.
