Charles "Chuck" Bardsley III Obituary
On Tuesday May 4, 2021 Charles (Chuck) Bardsley III passed away at the age 73. A Graveside Service will be held in New Albany, MS at Albany City Cemetery on May 29, 2021 at 2PM. . He will be laid to rest next to his loving mother.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father Charles Jr. and mother Virginia Bardsley.
Chuck was born in South Kingstown, Rhode Island on April 22, 1948. He received his degree of Engineering at Mississippi State University. He went on to work as Department of the Navy Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair for Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, MS from 8/1971 to 7/2007. Before that time he was a former control room operator at WAIM TV. During his time off he was an ambulance driver and was Chief of the Gautier, MS fire department. He received many rewards for his work.
In his retirement Chuck liked to travel and visit Mississippi State veterinary school. He enjoyed being around his friends in Hattiesburg, MS and in Lumberton, MS. He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Pascagoula. Chuck will be missed dearly.
