Charlotte Penton Collins

Charlotte D. Collins passed away   in Pensacola, Florida on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the age of 84.

Charlotte was born on January 16, 1941 in Florida to Wiley and Irene Penton. She met and married William Frank Collins Jr. and remained together until his death in 2013. She worked as an appraiser for the City of Milton for many years. Although she and Bill had no children of their own, she enjoyed her nieces like they were hers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She was survived by and cared for by her nieces, Linda Judkins, her husband Russell and Nancy Smith; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

We have peace knowing she is reunited with Bill once again.

Graveside services will be Thursday at 12 noon at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs.
