David Wilson Funderburk

David Wilson Funderburk passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the age of 56.

David was born to Henry and Mary Funderburk on March 12, 1968 in Montgomery, AL. He was content to be alone and enjoy the simple things of life. And although he was not a social butterfly, he had a grateful heart and was thankful for those in his inner circle that always came through when he was in need.  David was a had a fondness for cats and they loved him as well.    

He was preceded in death by his father Henry “Pete” Funderburk and is survived by his mother, Mary Funderburk, two sisters, Audrey Riley and her husband Eric, and Susan Domingeaux and numerous other relatives.

Memorial Service will be held at Turning Point UPC in Gautier on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at  5pm. He will be buried by his father in Tallassee, AL at a later date. Condolences may be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com.
