Delores Paulette Fagan passed away at her home surrounded by family on Monday, March 23, 2026.
Delores was born on June 19, 1950 to Morgan and Delores Hill. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Pascagoula serving as their bookkeeper for many years. It is difficult to describe this incredible woman. She never met a stranger, whether crafting or crocheting her hands were never idle. As a mother and grandmother, kind, strong, loving and faithful to her family until the end. She left us with many treasured memories, an example of what a mother should be. Our hearts are broken but we are glad she is reunited with the love of her life Ray.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John “Ray” Raymond Fagan Sr.; a son John Raymond Fagan Jr.; granddaughter Ashney Nicole Landers and a sister, Margaret Stauter.
She is survived by one son, Adam Fagan and his wife Carole Anne; grandchildren, Veda Rountree and her husband Logan, Clayton Fagan and Austin Fagan; siblings, Morgan Hill and wife, Brenda, Angela Major, Kerry Hill and wife, Susan, Phyllis China, and Darien Hill and wife Trachelle.
Visitation will be Monday, March 30, 2026 at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula from 10-11am with funeral service to follow in the chapel at 11 am. Interment will conclude at Machpelah Cemetery following the service.
