Donna Jean McDaniel Krebs

Donna Jean McDaniel Krebs joined the saints on June 27, 2025 surrounded by her children. Born December 5, 1954in Billings, Montana, her family moved to Jackson County, MS in 1959.  A 1973 graduate of Pascagoula High School, she earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in history and secondary education.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Patrick Cooney; her parents Donald Paul (Mack) and Lillian Maggie (Bush) McDaniel; her brother, Kevin Lee McDaniel and her partner for more than 38 years, Timothy Alvin Krebs.

Donna is survived by her children, Emma Madalene (Joey) Terrill, Brondum M. Krebs and Anna Fern Krebs; grandchildren, Kevin Alexander Rosamond and Kolton Hugh Pellegrin; two bonus grandchildren, Makenzye and Layla Terrill .

Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday , July 8, 2025 at Christ Lutheran Church, 3042 Pascagoula Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi at 2:00pm with visitation one hour prior. Honorary pallbearers are Carl Erichsen, Jay Torries, Casey Vaughan, William Cochran, David McCormick, and Randy McDuffie

The family has requested, as Donna wished, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Christ Lutheran Church, the La-Pointe Krebs Foundation (4602 Fort Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567) or the charity of your choice.
