Doris Guillory

Doris Mae Guillory, 81, of Bayou Pigeon, LA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 27, 2025.

Doris was born on November 11, 1943 in Plaquermine, LA to Edward and Viola Gautheir. She spent many of her childhood years in Marquette, Michigan, then she returned to Plaquemine. She met and married Harrie J. Guillory for the next 62 years he was the one.

Only death could separate a bond that solid. Doris retired after many years of service at Rouses Supermarket. She was a wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend to many.

Doris fought a long and courageous battle of lung cancer and COPD. Our peace comes in knowing they are together again.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death the love of her life, Harrie; two sons, Glen Guillory, and Harrie Guillory Jr.

She is survived by her children; a daughter; Christine Killingsworth and her husband , Donald; her children Christopher Doiron, Courtney Clements and Caleb Vidrine; a daughter, Joyce Walters and her husband Michael, their children Kayla Graves, Bryan Troxclair; Glen’s children, Raven Guillory, Chase Mathis, Shawna Guillory, Harleigh Guillory; Harrie’s children, Kendra Berthelot, Isabella Guillory, Hally Guillory, Seth Guillory, Jewl Guillory; son Edles and wife Tabitha Guillory, their children, Edles Guillory Jr, Emelyn Guillory, Glenna Guillory; son, Burt Guillory and his girlfriend, Heather Courville, his children, Austin Guillory, Burt Guillory Jr, Arie Guillory, Kyric Dupre, JessieOliva Guillory; along with 25 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Victory Baptist Church in Plaquemine, LA from 12:00pm – 2:00pm with Funeral to follow at 2:00pm.
