Erlinda Cabarsi Howell passed away at her home in Shalimar, FL on Sunday July 2, 2023 at the age of 60.
Lenny, as she was lovingly called was born on November 19, 1962 to the late Rudolfo and Antonia Cabarsi Labitan . In Cebu City, Philippines. In 2000 she met and fell in love with a man in uniform, Wesley Howell and became and United States Air Force wife and a mother to a then, 2year old, Lexi. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, entertaining and gambling at the casinos (Ching Ching). Lenny was a wonderful, caring, giving and thoughtful human being until the end when her body could no longer fight the battle with cancer. We know that while she may have lost this battle, she has ultimately won the war over life and death. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Ecidro Labitan and father-in-law, Jerry Howell.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Wesley Howell of Shalimar, FL; a daughter, Lexi; sisters, Merlinda Self of Ft Walton Beach, FL and Judith Beatham of Sydney, Australia; Ronnel Labitan, Rolondo Labitan, and Nerio Labitan all of Cebu City, Philippines and numerous other relatives and friends.
