Helen “Annette” Lawrence, age 82, of Escatawpa, Ms passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. She was born April 28, 1942 in Moss Point. Annette graduated from Moss Point High School in 1960 and attended Perkinston Junior College.
She was a member of Safe Harbor United Methodist Church in Moss Point, member of MS Gulf Coast Realtors Association, MS Gulf Coast Multiple Sclerosis Society, MS Gulf Coast Square Dancing Club, and Singing River Hospital Auxiliary.
Annette was a Real Estate Agent for a number of companies in Jackson County and enjoyed singing, playing the piano, square dancing, gardening flowers and plants, sewing, and loved animals especially dogs and horses.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Crawford Foster and Emily “Molly” Walley Foster; brother, William “Jack” Foster.
She is survived by her 3 children, Tela Hemenway (Ross), Gautier; Carl Lawrence (Michelle), Biloxi; Jeannie Paul, Pascagoula; sister-in-law, Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Foster, Picayune; former husband, Loyd C. Lawrence, Pascagoula. She was blessed with numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, June 7, 2024, 1:00-2:00pm, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula. Memorial Service will begin at 2:00pm with Rev. Kevin Bradley officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Harbor United Methodist Church, 12000 Hwy 63, Moss Point, MS 39562 or MS Gulf Coast Multiple Sclerosis Society, 15559 Village Dr, Biloxi MS 39532.
