Obituary
Jean Ann Power passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023 in Grenada, MS.
Jean Ann was born the baby of the family to A.M. and Anne Power on April 22, 1958 in Jackson, Mississippi. She was a former member of Ingalls Avenue Baptist Church. After her mother passed away in 2001 Jean Ann lived with her family in various places and for the past several years lived in an assisted living facility in Grenada, MS where she thrived. Jean Ann was disable throughout her life but that did not limit her to living life to the fullest. Jean Ann was a huge Elvis and Jerry Lewis fan. She loved art and enjoyed puzzles, crocheting and most of all shopping. She loved her family especially her nieces and nephews and rarely met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her parents and survived by her two loving older brothers; Charles Power and his wife Patricia of Kennedale, TX and Miller Power and his wife Charlene of Pascagoula, MS.; three nieces and four nephews.
A Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 11:00am at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula with private interment to follow at Jackson County Memorial Park.
