Joan Meagher Obituary

Joan Page Meagher, passed away Sunday March 10, 2024 in Biloxi, MS at the age
of 86.

Joan was born in Prentiss, MS to Harvey and Euna Mae Page on April 2, 1937. She
married her knight in an army uniform, Samuel Meagher and together they
traveled the world. She enjoyed caring and cooking for her family, watching game
shows, and doting on her grandson, Samuel James Meagher and step
granddaughter Maegan Greer. Beyond that she was a southern belle through and
through. She understood early on that looking your best and being able to talk
with anyone at any time was a must for a southern girl. There were not too
many things more important than a weekly visit to the hairdresser. She grieved
over the loss of her husband, and the loss of two daughters, Danyelle and Debbie
Meagher. Although sad for her loss we rejoice that she has been reunited with
those she loved so much.

In addition to Samuel, Danyelle and Debbie she is preceded by her parents and a
sister, Bobbie Page Smith.

She is survived by a son, Dale Meagher (Terri Parker) Julie Parker, Matthew
Parker, Brody Parker, and Blaine Parker; brothers, Harvey Page and son Kerry, Mel
and Geraldine Warden, Kenny Page (Patsy Page) and children Vickie, David, John,
Laurie, April, and Sherry; a sister, Jean Page McNamara (Mike McNamara) and
children Tammy, Lance, Mark, and Casey, grandson Samuel James Meagher, step
granddaughter Maegan Greer, sister-in-law Bobbie Van Norman and daughter
Stacy, sister-in-law Brenda and children Leighsa and Lee, brother-in-law Gary
Smith, nephew Gary Smith, niece Kendall Smith, and longtime next door
neighbors Robbie and Janet Lynn, Trey Lynn, Brad Lynn, and Eric Lynn.

To honor her request there will be no formal services. Condolences may be
