Joan Elizabeth Reynolds

Joan Reynolds passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 in Pascagoula, MS

Joan was born on May 7, 1945 to William and Evelyn McClenic  in  Laurel, MS.          She was a member of The Sanctuary in Pascagoula. Joan was a true rock and  anchor to her family when the waves of life were crashing.  She was loving and kind yet strong and stern when necessary. This devoted and faithful mother and grandmother will be greatly missed.  Our hearts are broken that due to COVID we could not say goodbye, but we know we will see her one day soon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Forrest Eugene Rhodes and Pamela Marie Stringfellow and a grandson, Justin Evan Rhodes.        

She is survived by three children, Rickey Rhodes of Pascagoula, MS , Timmy Lee of     Ocean Springs, MS , and Billie Pereira  (Fab) of Grand Bay, AL; a sister , Kathy “Kat” Wiggins of Grand Bay, AL.; special niece Jamie Cummings (Mason) of Grand Bay , AL; 15 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 18, 2021 at 2pm at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will conclude at Serene Memorial Gardens in Escatawpa, MS. Condolences may be expressed online at www,obryantokeefe.com
