Obituary
Joyce Ellen Foster was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She left this world peacefully on August 3rd 2022 at age 68. She was born to Charles Kepper and Betty Gillihan on December 10th 1953. She is survived by her loving husband Leo Foster. Daughters, Cathy (Will) Cook, Amy Linton and Kayla (Robert) Gilberti. ;Brothers-in-law Burnice Havard, John Edward (Lelia) Foster and one sister-in-law Gayle (Jim)Taylor. Joyce left four grandchildren, Tiffany Jones, Brandt Linton, Anna Laurie Linton, and Gianna Gilberti. Two great-grandsons Seth Odham and Waylon Odham, all of whom she loved dearly
She is preceded in death by a son, Eric Neese, parents Charles Kepper and Betty Gillihan. Joyce was also preceded in death by her only sister, Teresa Harvard, brother-in-law Jack (Teddy) Foster and sister-in-law Sandra Foster Whipple Joyce will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her, especially her family.
A Gathering with family and friends will be held Friday, Aug. 5, 2022, 2:00-3:00pm, at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Pascagoula with remarks to be spoken at 3:00pm.
