Linda Smith

Linda Kay Smith passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 in Moss Point, MS.

Linda was born in Pascagoula, MS, the only child of Dock and Jessie Keebler both who preceded her in death. Linda was a lady that carried herself with class. However, this did not prevent her from doing the things she loved the most, fishing, cooking and always had time to take a trip to the mountains which she loved.   She was an awesome, kind and loving mother until the very end.   Our hearts are broken that she will not be here to celebrate Christmas.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Smith who passed away just 13 months ago. Her heart never stopped hurting after his death.  We pray they are reunited, sitting on a mountain stream with a fishing pole in their hands.

She leaves behind, two children, Jennifer Hudson of Gulfport, MS, Robert Hudson and his wife Barbra of Moss Point; three stepchildren, Christina Conner and her husband Brian of Pascagoula, MS, Elaine Webb and her husband Jamey of Moss Point, MS and Ben Smith and his wife Sara of Ocean Springs, MS; 13 grandchildren and many friends.  

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Griffin Cemetery in Moss Point at 10 am. Condolences may be expressed online at  www.obryant okeefe.com.
