Melanie Polk Obituary

Melanie “Lani” Rosa Polk,69, passed away at her home on Sunday April 20, 2025 after a lengthy illness.

Lani was born on September 13, 1955 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She enjoyed reading and the similar things in life. Lani met Scott in California on a movie set in 1994 and the rest is history. They married on October 1, 2000, living the life until 2003 when Lani was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It changed their life but not their love for each other. Over the past 25 years the disagreements were rare. They leaned on each other and counted each moment as a blessing.

There will be no public services for Lani but expressions of sympathy can be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com
