Patricia Baily Allison passed away peacefully of natural causes on November 28, 2025 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She was born Joyce Helen Patricia Baily in British Honduras (Now Belize) in 1934. Her parents were Leopold Octavio Baily and Elaine Josephine Papadopolo Baily.
Patricia was a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Academy in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi and the State University of New York where she earned her BSN. She served in the Women’s Army Corps as a medic and was stationed at Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco and later on Governor’s Island in New York City where she met and married her husband, Donald Allison.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Donald, parents and partner, William Allison; her brothers David Baily, John Baily, Carl Baily and her sisters Rosalie Baily and Peggy Baily Valliere.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories: her sister, Barbara Baily Hill (Katy, Texas); her children Elaine Allison (Pascagoula, Mississippi), Edith Allison (Hinesville, Georgia), Jean Allison (Pascagoula, Mississippi) and Raymond “Ted” and Juliann Allison (Riverside,California).
In addition, she will be missed by six grandchildren, Quentin Allison, Reilly Allison, Parker Allison, Olivia Allison, Rebecca Royal Gullage and Josh Gullage, Michael “Ricky” Royal and two great-grandchildren, Tobias Gullage and Peyton Gullage.
As per her wishes, there will be no memorial services at this time.
