Patricia “Pat” Ann Wagner, age 93, of Gautier, Mississippi and formerly of Savage, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was born on March 25, 1933, in Moorhead, MN and she was the 6th child of 8 born to Alvin E. Motschenbacher and Margaret Lalley Motschenbacher. Pat graduated from Barnesville High School in Barnesville, MN and was a Data Specialist for Norwest Bank in Minneapolis, MN for over 20 years.
She was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary in both Shakopee, MN and Gautier, MS for over 40 years. She was a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Shakopee, MN. She enjoyed volunteering her time with the USO at the Minneapolis/St. Paul international airport, ensuring our traveling service members and veterans had a comfortable place to gather and enjoy a snack or beverage. She delighted in spending time relaxing on her deck or out on the front porch watching her favorite “red cardinals” sing and chatter.
Pat found great joy in creating beautiful ceramics for her grandchildren, family and friends. Those who received them will cherish them as lasting reminders of her creativity and devotion to the people she held dear.
She is preceded in death by her husband of over 30 years, Myron Edwin Wagner; one sister and six brothers. Pat is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Gregory Scott Wagner (Brenda), Newport, MN; Micheal Kenneth Wagner (Jayna), Gautier, MS; six grandchildren, Dillon Wagner (Kami), Newport News, VA; Christopher Wagner (Mila), Chesapeake, VA; Nicholas Wagner (Mikayla), Kenyon, MN; Shannon Bliyang (Che) Blaine, MN; Jessica Landberg, Hinckley, MN; Nathan Jaskowski (Jessica), Buffalo, MN; twelve great grandchildren, Jordan, Devin, Camryn, Chyna, John, Maddy, Morgan, Mackinley, Sophia, Marceline, Jameson, and Finnley and five great-great grandchildren, Camden, Eva, Kaizen, Ella and Callan.
