Regina Penn

     Mrs. Regina “Gina” Leann Penn age 43 of Gautier, MS passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at her home.  Born January 28, 1982 in Pascagoula, MS to Robert E. Bailey Sr. and Barbara Penn Stacey, she had been a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Gina worked as a veterinary technician for Coast Veterinary at the time of passing.  She loved traveling and enjoying adventures all over the world with Mike. She loved her critters and had an enormous heart, especially for animals.  On October 31, 2004, she married the love of her life, Mike Schroeder.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

      Gina was preceded in death by her father Robert E. Bailey, Sr.; her grandfather John Penn; her grandmother Joyce Harrelson; an Uncle John Penn, Jr.; and an Aunt Donna Chaney.

     Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband Mike Schroeder of Gautier, MS; her mother Barbara Stacey of Gautier, MS; two brothers Robert Bailey Jr. and his wife Kim of Ocean Springs, MS; Michael Penn of Gautier, MS; one sister Crystal Stacey of Gautier, MS; one niece Aubrey Murry of Pascagoula, MS; one nephew Brayden Stacey of Gautier, MS; one great-nephew Greyson Ceruti of Pascagoula, MS.

     Graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 25, 2025 at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Ocean Springs, MS.  Those unable to attend may sign the online guest book. Arrangements are under the direction of O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Homes.
