Richard David Griffin

Richard David Griffin passed away Monday, October 8, 2018 in Ocean Springs, MS at the age of 62.

Richard was born in Biloxi, MS on November 14, 1956 to James and Maggie Griffin. He worked at various shipyards along the coast but his dream job was truck driving, because it allowed him to travel and see the country. Richard enjoyed working in the yard and loved the Lord and his family, He was a member of Life Church in Ocean Springs, MS. He will be missed greatly.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Lavoy Griffin and Gerald Griffin.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Rhonda Griffin of Vancleave; step children, Jennifer Ballard (Wayne) of Albany, LA, Angella Baxter "Carl" of Wiggins, Donnie Ryals Jr. (Jolynn) of Perkinston, and Jessica Ryals of Vancleave, MS; siblings, Wayne Griffin (Betty Sue), Glen Griffin, (Sharon), Ronald Griffin, and Delores Ann Seignious (John) ; step-grandchildren, Hannah, Spence, Jacob G., David, Logan, Elijah, Jacob R. , Jesse, Miley, and Dominic; and numerous others relatives and friends.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Life Church in Ocean Springs at 2:00PM with visitation one hour prior to service. condolecnes may be expressed online at www.obryantokeefe.com
