Obituary
Sandra Trussell of Pascagoula, MS passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at the age of 75.
Sandra was born May 1, 1946 in Charleston, SC to Walter and Loretta Dixon. She was a loving, hardworking person. She preferred to be behind the scenes, never wanting the attention to be on herself. Sandra was long time employee of Bargain Annex/ Coastal Clothing Company and a member of First Baptist Church of Pascagoula. The many children Sandra taught in Sunday School over the years, became an extension to her family. She showered them with love and was passionate about caring and teaching them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerald “Jack” Trussell; son, David Lee Trussell; daughter, Perri Lynn Trussell Harris; and a brother, Robert Wright.
She is survived by a son, Jackie Trussell; a sister, Debra Dovan; two grandchildren, Ashley Harris and Jacob Trussell and a great-grandchild, Averi Trussell.
Private visitation and entombment will conclude at Jackson County Memorial Park.
