Sharon Marlene Blythe passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025 in Pascagoula, MS.
Sharon was born on April 11, 1948 in McComb, MS to Rufus and Juanita Lee. She was a proud mother of three children Amy, Sherry and Chris. She attended Arlington Baptist Church. She enjoyed bowling and cooking; her gumbo was in a class by itself. But what best describes Sharon is a giver. She gave to others, of her time and resources never wanting anything in return. There was never a question that she cared for you her actions showed it daily, not by what she said but how she lived.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and a daughter; Amy Juanita Blythe.
She is survived by two children; Chris Blythe and his wife Shelly and Sherry Danielle Lanaville and her husband William all of Pascagoula; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and two, soon to be born. She tried to hold on to see their beautiful faces but that was not to be.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 4-5 pm with Memorial Service to follow at 5 pm in the funeral home chapel.
She will be missed greatly but her generosity will live on through the many memories she gave us.
