Vivian L. Edmisten

Vivian Lorraine Edmisten passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023 at the young age of 99.

Vivian was born on March 7, 1924 in Fullerton, Kentucky to Alfred and May Adkins. She was a long-standing member of the Eastern Star in  Kentucky.  She was an intelligent lady driven to excel. Vivian worked her way up into management at the shoe factory. In her later years, she amazed people by her sharp wit and independence. She was blessed to live by herself until the end.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Charlene Edmisten. She is survived by her son Floyd  "Ed" Edmisten and his wife Frances; three grandchildren, Charles William Edmisten (Kaci), Christinna Edmisten and Patrick Dale Schmitz (Kathy).

The family is honoring her request and having no public services.
