September 21, 2022, was the day you were expected to arrive, but it was not to be. Wallen Rhys Carter passed away while in his mother’s womb. So many preparations had been made for your arrival. Excitement filled the air as your four brothers and sisters anticipated your arrival. Those dreams slipped away on August 8, 2022 when your little heart stopped beating. Our hearts are crushed as we face the future without you. But this we know Wallen Rhys was very much loved and will forever been remembered. Fly High our Angel Baby, Fly High!

He is survived by his parents, Bryan Scott Carter and Amanda Hanes; brothers and sisters, Emma Grace Carter, Bryson Wayne Carter, Keagen David Ray Hanes, and Khloe Danielle Rose Hanes; grandparents, Kimberly Dawkins, Sonya and Vester Bassham; great-grandparents, Nina Bartlett, Pamela Montgomery and Nathan McDaniel; aunts and uncles, Larry Turner, Autumn and Josh Clark, Jade Bassham, Abigail and Jeremy Ishee, Laikyn Rizzo and Misty Gail Carter.

Visitation will be Friday August 12, 2022 at Gautier O’Bryant-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 4:30-5:30 with funeral service in the chapel at 5:30pm. Condolences may be expressed online at www.obaryntyokeefe.com
